Return & Refund Policy

HTT Web Host provides digital hosting and domain services. Because these are not physical goods, there is nothing to "return" — this policy covers refunds and cancellations instead.

New shared hosting accounts are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial order, contact us for a full refund of your hosting fee, no questions asked.

• The guarantee applies to the first billing cycle of a new hosting account only, not to renewals.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval.

Domain name registrations and transfers are generally non-refundable once processed, in line with domain registry policies. If a registration fails due to an error on our part, we will refund the domain fee.

The money-back guarantee does not apply to renewal payments for existing services. If you no longer need a service, please cancel before it renews to avoid being charged.

You can request cancellation of a service at any time from your client area or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid outside the money-back guarantee above.
