By accessing httwebhost.com or ordering a service from HTT Web Host, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We provide shared web hosting, domain registration/transfer and related services as described on our Plans and Services pages. Orders, billing, invoices and the client area are managed through our billing system at my.httwebhost.com.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Host or distribute illegal content, malware, or material that infringes on the rights of others.
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in phishing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or disrupt the service for other customers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Services are billed in advance on the cycle you select at checkout. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension, and continued non-payment may result in termination and data removal, as described in your billing system's invoicing terms.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Service activation and delivery timelines are described in our Service Delivery Policy.

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or events outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.

While we perform regular backups as a convenience, you are responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of any content important to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HTT Web Host is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of data, revenue or business.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
