Service Delivery Policy

All products sold by HTT Web Host — shared hosting, domain registration/transfer, SSL certificates and email hosting — are digital services. Nothing is physically shipped; delivery happens electronically through account activation and email notification.

Shared hosting accounts are typically activated automatically within minutes of a successful payment. You will receive an email with your account and cPanel login details once activation is complete. In rare cases requiring manual review, activation may take longer, and we will keep you updated via a support ticket.

New domain registrations are usually completed within minutes of payment. Domain transfers depend on approval from your current registrar and the losing provider, and can take up to several days per standard domain industry (ICANN) transfer rules, which are outside our control.

For the duration of your subscription, service delivery includes hosting uptime, email delivery, DNS resolution, and access to support. Our target is 99.9% uptime, monitored around the clock.

If activation or delivery of a service is delayed beyond what is described above, please contact support so we can investigate and resolve the issue, or discuss a refund under our Refund Policy.
